Shipping

Our shipping is calculated using accurate Royal Mail prices to ensure that you do not overpay for shipping. A packing charge of £0.50 is added to every order to cover materials used in the packing and shipping.
Shipping is available via Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Standard Parcels for UK deliveries and Royal Mail Airmail for international deliveries. We ship worldwide but please be aware that some countries may have a larger postage charge. You will be made aware of this before commiting to a purchase.

If your order is placed before 12pm on a working day (Monday - Friday) we aim to send it out the same day, regardless of its country of destination. If the order is placed after 12pm on a working day (Monday - Friday) we aim to ship it the next working day.
Orders received on the weekend will usually ship the next working day (usually Monday, except for Bank Holidays).

Returns Policy

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: We can only accept the return of items if they returned in the original condition and packaging. Any Compact Discs (CDs) must still be sealed in their protective wrapping in order to qualify for a return. We cannot issue a refund if it looks as if the packaging and/or wrapping has been removed or tampered with in any way.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Please ensure you include the order number with the returned item, as well as your full name and address.
